All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12PM CST may be processed the next business day. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $30. Orders under $30 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at help@thewellgen.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. Once shipped, we’re unable to redirect packages, and replacement or reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

🛒 Orders, Returns & Refunds
Yes, orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement by emailing help@thewellgen.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
We offer a one-time Satisfaction Guarantee on your first order only. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@thewellgen.com with your order number and a brief note on why. Refund approval is subject to review and is limited to one per customer.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. The following are non-refundable:
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@thewellgen.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.
