Shipping Policy

At HNG-OVR, we want you to get your recovery gummies fast because your next morning depends on it.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12PM CST may be processed the next business day. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery in 3–5 business days from ship date
- Free shipping on all orders $30 and up
- Flat rate $4.99 for orders under $30
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order ships. Weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods may extend delivery windows.

We use USPS and UPS depending on your location and order size.
Wrong Address?
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at help@thewellgen.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. Once shipped, we’re unable to redirect packages, and replacement or reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your front desk
- Wait 24 hours, it may still be en route
- Contact us at help@thewellgen.com and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier
