Refund & Returns Policy

We stand by our product and your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement by emailing help@thewellgen.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

- Shipping fees
- Orders placed beyond 14 days of delivery
- Bulk orders of 3 units or more (unless the product is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival)
- Subscription orders (unless defective)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@thewellgen.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.
